We never auto-charge you. Before each delivery we email you a payment link at 9am. You approve it, or you don't. Complete it within 24 hours to hold your place in that week's hand-packed dispatch. Miss it and nothing is lost; your link stays live and your delivery date moves with you.

Change your blends, frequency or delivery date, or cancel, from any email, no account needed. Every email we send has a link straight to your subscription: change which three pouches come next, switch to every 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks, move your next delivery, or stop altogether. The Ritual Tools are a measuring spoon and a milk frother, given complimentary with a first subscription delivery while stocks last. One set per household. How long should I give it?

Treat it as a daily ritual rather than a quick fix. Most people settle into it inside the first pouch: thirty cups, one a day.
Can I return it?

Unopened pouches within 14 days of delivery, at your own postage. Opened pouches cannot be returned for a change of mind, because every pouch is heat-sealed. Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full. To return anything, email hello@wellnessmethod.co.uk. Returns policy

10mg cold-pressed, mechanically extracted CBD per 5g serving. Solvent-free. Tested batch by batch.
How does the subscription work?
