How long should I give it?

Treat it as a daily ritual rather than a quick fix. Most people settle into it inside the first pouch: thirty cups, one a day.
Can I return it?

Unopened pouches within 14 days of delivery, at your own postage. Opened pouches cannot be returned for a change of mind, because every pouch is heat-sealed. Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full. To return anything, email hello@wellnessmethod.co.uk. Returns policy
How much CBD is in each cup?

10mg of cold-pressed, mechanically extracted CBD per 5g serving. Solvent-free. Every batch independently lab-tested.
How does the subscription work?

Three pouches, delivered every 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks. You choose the frequency at checkout, and the Founding rate of 20% off is held for as long as your subscription stays active.
